2021 Recipients
On 7th May 2021, Surf Life Saving WA honoured 41 individuals at the 2021 Coastal Bravery Awards ceremony, hosted by Monika Kos at Cara Auditorium, Woodside Energy.
Mr Stuart Aubrey MLA, Member for Scarborough, presented each of the recipients with their medallion and framed certificate.
Nearly 150 guests gathered for the ceremony, which marks the fourth event to take place - with a break in 2020 due to COVID restrictions.
2019 Recipients
On 10th May 2019, Surf Life Saving WA honoured 23 individuals at the third annual Coastal Bravery Awards ceremony, hosted by Monika Kos at Mia Yellagonga (Woodside Energy).
His Excellency, The Honourable Kim Beazley AC, Governor of Western Australia presented each of the recipients with their medallion and certificate.
2018 Recipients
On 4th May 2018, Surf Life Saving WA honoured 22 individuals at the second annual Coastal Bravery Awards ceremony, hosted by Monika Kos at Fremantle Surf Life Saving Club.
Hon. Simone McGurk MLA presented each of the recipients with their medallion and certificate.
2017 Recipients
On 5th May 2017, Surf Life Saving WA honoured 35 individuals at the inaugural Coastal Bravery Awards ceremony, hosted by Monika Kos at City of Perth Surf Life Saving Club.
Hon. Mark McGowan MLA presented each of the recipients with their medallion and certificate.
